  • When finding you candidates we professionally, and if required, discreetly promote and relay your opportunity using the appropriate search channels
  • All of our candidates are required to sign a confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement protecting you against any release of sensitive information
Selection Process
  • We screen and interview candidates against your strictest criteria and demonstrate the suitability of each shortlisted candidate in a short yet insightful profile
  • We professionally shepherd candidates through their interviews and any subsequent process, coordinating meetings, collecting and delivering feedback, managing expectations, collecting references and package negotiation

Terms & Conditions
  • Simple rates -
    • Under $75,000 pa                15% (+GST)
    • $75,000 - $124,999 pa         20% (+GST)
    • $125,000 pa and over          25% (+GST)
  • 3 months replacement guarantee
  • Payment due - 14 days after start date
  • Terms & conditions to be formally agreed in writing prior to receipt of candidate resumes
